GUIDE HERE A PIECES OF ADVICE BEFORE LEAVING FOR THE UMRAH TO MECCA AND THE MADINAH

Some people may be leaving for the spiritual journey of a life soon, so I just wanted to give some time and give some advice for those who will travel soon to perform the beautiful journey of Umrah. The following tips are among those I received and some that I thought while I was abroad in the holy places:

MAKKAH

Do your homework

Learn about Mecca and Madinah. Learn about Umrah. When I was preparing for my trip, I found many different books that discuss the Hajj and the virtues of Hajj. However, I found it difficult to find information about Umrah. Of course, the books on Hajj made references to Umrah and had short chapters, but those fragments do not satisfy my desire to learn more. I just found a good book about Umrah entitled "The Ultimate Guide for Umrah." I am not endorsing a specific book about another, but I advise you to learn about what you are about to experience before you go. Also, make a copy of your passport and important documents and send them to you and your loved ones so that you have a copy, if something goes wrong.

PRAYER FIVE TIMES A DAY

The company makes a man

If you go with other people, make sure they are good people. A company makes a man and it is true when you are also in the holy places. Having good company can have a lasting impact on your trip. Are the people you are going to encourage him to pray Tahajjud in Haram and do extra tawaaf or will he be encouraged to eat McDonalds' 4000-calorie meal at 2:00 in the morning so that you experience a food coma and have trouble waking up? for fajr?

Know the rules of Ihram

There are simple rules that people can violate without thinking. For example, know that you can not use scented soaps when you are in ihram, so try to get an unscented soap before leaving. Another rule is that you can not cover your head with your ihram (for men). Then, even if it is really sunny, do not wrap the towel to protect yourself. Another issue is that it is important to cover your awrah while in the state of ihram. Do not expose yourself while you are using, just take care insha'Allah. If you have an opportunity, check out Shaykh Yasir Qadhi's transcribed conference titled, The Fiqh of Hajj and the practical advice for Hajj, who has some good advice when it comes to ihram.

PLACE OF PEACE

Barber hygiene

In Umrah's conclusion, it is customary for men and women to cut their hair. For men, it is not enough to cut a piece of your hair. Instead, cut your hair around, even if you do not want to pluck it. If you decide to make the beard (recommended), make sure that the hairdresser you visit uses a new disposable sheet. The Saudi government demands it and most barbers follow this rule, but just take extra care and have your hairdresser open his blade in front of you. You do not want some bloodborne diseases, such as hepatitis C, to be transferred to you from the client's dry blood before you. For women, do not expose yourself and cut your hair in the Caaba. Wait until I return to the hotel to take the hijab and cut the hair. Do not sacrifice your modesty because you are in a hurry to finish your Umrah.

Take some Vaseline

This advice is specific for men. When you are in a state of ihram, you are not wearing underpants or underpants. Your legs will make straw and Vaseline can make a world of difference.

DASBI AFTER PRAYER(TO REACH ALLAH )

Visiting the Rawdah

The best time to visit the Rawdah in Madinah is during the night. The Rawdah is a piece of paradise found in the Masjid of the Prophet in Madinah. It is paved with green carpet and so it is easy to identify, but it is difficult to take advantage of it. Many people have the goal of trying to pray in Rawdah while in Madinah and so many streams of people are competing for a very small area. After talking with people who lived in Madinah, the best time to try to visit the Rawdah (for men) is at night. If you wait several hours after isha or a few hours before fajr, the rush in the Rawdah is less and it is much easier to pray and have some time of peace for reflection in the Rawdah without the turmoil that may be present at other times.

HOW PERFORM UMRAH

.
Visit the sites in Madinah

The best time to visit the sites, in my opinion, is in the morning period, sometime between sunrise and the Dhuhr prayer. You can visit places like the place of the battle of Uhud, as well as Masjid Quba, which is the first masjid built by the prophet Muhammad ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Do not forget to pray 2 rakats in Masjid Quba and reap the reward of Umrah while you are there, insha'Allah!
